Joint entrance fee = Fata Morgana + outdoor exposition

Children aged 6 – 15 and students, senior citizens: 50.00 CZK
Children under 6 years of age, Seriously Disabled Person´s ID holders: free
Family entrance fee (2 adults + 2 children aged 6 - 15): 250.00 CZK

Outdoor exposition – until 30th March 2007 free admission, then:

Children aged 6 – 15 and students, senior citizens: 20.00 CZK
Children under 6 years of age, Seriously Disabled Person´s ID holders: free

Troja Card

With effect from 1st April to 30th September 2007 visitors to the Botanical Garden of the Capital City of Prague, the Troja Castle and the Zoological Garden Prague can take advantage of the purchase of a so-called TROJA CARD.

Notice: there is no students´ Troja Card or a Troja Card for senior citizens (students and senior citizens pay the same fee as adults)!

It is necessary to book the guide service in advance on weekdays from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm at: 603 582 191 . Of visitors in a group 1-20 persons. The tour takes 60 minutes. It is possible to book the guide service round the outdoor expositions in Czech, English, Russian, and German, in Fata Morgana Greenhouse also in French and Spanish.

Pozn.: Cena je za celou skupinu. Každý člen skupiny musí mít platnou vstupenku na vybranou expozici.

Note: The price includes the whole group. Each member of the group must have a valid ticket to the selected exposition.

WHICH WAY TO THE BOTANICAL GARDEN

 

It is possible to get to the Botanical Garden of the Capital City of Prague in several ways, however, we do not recommend transport in your own car for the time being, but conversely, using municipal public transport. “The Botanical” is located in Nádvorní Street No. 134 in Prague 7- Troja – above the ZOO and the Troja Castle.

USING MUNICIPAL PUBLIC TRANSPORT

The easiest way of getting to the “Botanical” is by Underground Line C via station Holešovice Station, where you change to bus number 112, you go until Zoological Garden or Troja Botanical Garden Stop. From here, you will come to the garden according to the system of marking in approx. 5 minutes. The route from Bus Stops Zoological Garden or Troja Botanicall Garden is marked very well. You cannot get lost.

If you choose arrival from Bohnice (from Underground Station C – Kobylisy), from May 2006 bus number 144 stops at “Na Pazderce” Stop, so just outside the Botanical Garden car park.

BY CAR

If you decide to go by car anyway and you choose arrival from the ZOO for this, you risk not finding any parking space. The car park at the main entrance to the ZOO tends to be overfilled, there is also little space in surrounding streets and there are only a few places in front of the present main entrance to the outside expositions of the Botanical Garden in Nádvorní Street as well as in front of the entrance to the area of Fata Morgana Greenhouse which are, save for exceptions, full of business vehicles.

We recommend driving out through “K Bohnicím” Street and “K Pazderkám” to the lay-by car park of the Botanical Garden. The path from the car park leads through a forest park, it is marked very well and it does not take more than 10 minutes. The car park is not guarded.
