The course, which was designed by the world-famous Gary Player and his Design Company, stretches over the picturesque valley of the Teplá River. It was opened in 2001 and is amongst the most beautiful and best quality golf resorts in the Czech Republic. Prestigious tournaments are often held here, for example, the 2003 European Junior Championship. Even though the course is not particularly long, Gary Player’s distinctive style makes it a challenging course that requires good technique. Thirteen holes have water hazards and there are many deep bunkers, out of bounds and lush areas. The Honey Course’s eighteen holes and the nearby training area form one of the largest Czech training resorts. Unique accommodation is available in a nearby chateau, which offers a romantic combination of comfort and history. You will be fascinated by the high stuccoed ceilings, crystal chandeliers and classic palace furniture.
