Bethlehem Chapel the first cathedral of preacher in Europe, was originally built in the years 1391 to 1394. The historical building is one of the national and culture treasures of Prague. The building has a long and rich background. The preacher Jan Hus operated the chapel from 1402 to 1413. Recently after this period, the Bethlehem chapel was affiliated with the Czech Technical University and from 1638 to 1661 the Chapel was actually the property of the University. For the tradition of University the Bethlehem Chapel became a ceremonial hall of the Czech Technical Uniersity in Prague. It is a pleasure that we are able to offer the concerts in the beautiful and historically imporant Bethlehem Chapel. No barrier to entry for handicapped. Concert hall is heated.
