How can I book an attraction?
You will first select an attraction with the aid of the category or attribute fields. You will get to the detail of an attraction by clicking on “Details“. Select a date in the calendar in the detail of an attraction, then select a suitable time and fill out the field concerning the number of persons. The attraction will be saved by clicking on the “Put in the basket“ button. You can select other attractions in the same way. As soon as you are satisfied with the selection of attractions, continue with the “Book“ button. If you are not a registered user yet, fill out the registration data, and you can proceed to on-line payment.
What does the time axis under the heading serve for?
The time axis serves for filtration of displayed attractions. If you select a month, attractions available only in the selected month are displayed. If you also select a day, attractions available only on the selected day are displayed.
What is the function of the time axis with the clock?
The time axis with the clock shows you attractions which you have in your basket. The blue line shows the duration of individual attractions and their possible time overlaps. If you point to the blue line, you will see what attraction is concerned. Thus, you can plan your time easily.
What do favourite items serve for?
You can add the attractions that you like among favourite items in the detail of an attraction. When you visit the websites next time, you thus easily look up all attractions that you have felt attracted by. It is necessary to register and log on for the display of favourite items.
What happens when I book an attraction?
Our reservation centre is going to contact you after the booking procedure in order to agree on details concerning your reservation, and you will receive a notice of payment of the selected attractions. We will deliver you all necessary papers to the place (hotel) that you designate during your visit to Prague.
How can I cancel a paid order?
Contact our reservation centre for cancelling the paid order. You will find the contact in the “Contacts“ section.
Why are all the attractions not displayed?
You might have used the time axis for filtration of attractions. Click on another date or on “Cancel the date“, which you will find at the top above the attractions in the selected category, to stop filtration.
What guarantee do I have that you will not abuse my personal data obtained during the registration?
When dealing with personal data we follow not only legal regulations of the Czech Republic, but also moral principles! Your personal data will not be disclosed to the third party, nor will they serve for sending out unsolicited emails or unsolicited advertisements!
Where can I find my bookings and where can I alter my contact data?
A reference to your bookings as well as a reference to your registration account will appear after logging on under the “log on“ field.
