The golf club, which was established in 1926, is one of the oldest in the Czech Republic. The original course did not survive and the current ninehole course was created in the 1970s in the Prague quarter of Motol. It is only a few kilometres away from the city centre and it is easily accessible by public transportation. This hilly course is not long, but its narrow fairways and small elevated greens that are difficult to hit require accurate play. People like to say that the only flat ground around here is in the clubhouse. The clubhouse’s terrace offers you a unique view of Prague’s skyline, while the course itself presents the unique opportunity to play golf right in the Czech capital.
