Holes and Par: 18/73

One of the longest courses in the Czech Republic, it is situated near the Austrian border in the area known as Czech Canada, a name that perfectly captures its charming wildlife and rather rough climate. Mnich, an 18-hole championship course, was first played on in September 2004. Together with the nine-hole course called Nová Bystřice it forms the Monachus Golf Resort. The course borders on the popular Haugschlag golf resort in Austria and there are another seven Austrian courses within 40 kilometres. Mnich is very carefully incorporated into the landscape with fully-grown woods, erratic blocks, mountain streams, ponds and rugged pine trees. The course is pet friendly and you can have the unique experience of playing alongside your dog.
